About these terms

These terms apply to glass inspection, repair, replacement and vehicle care advice provided by GALAXY CAR GLASS LTD (company number 15141615). They sit alongside the quote you receive for a specific job.

Quotes and pricing

• Prices are quoted per vehicle and per glass part. There is no online price list, because the same damage can need different parts on different vehicles.
• A quote is valid for the scope described in it. If the vehicle turns out to need a different part, we tell you before any extra work starts.
• Prices are in euros unless the quote says otherwise.

Appointments and changes

• An appointment exists once we have confirmed it to you in writing.
• If you need to change or cancel, tell us as soon as you can — the earlier we know, the more likely the slot can be moved rather than lost.
• If we have to change an appointment, we tell you as soon as we know and offer the next available time.

The work

• Work is carried out to the scope in the accepted quote.
• Parts are matched to the vehicle. Where a part is unavailable we say so rather than substituting something that does not fit.
• Where the vehicle has driver-assistance cameras behind the glass, we tell you at quote stage whether anything else needs checking. We do not claim to certify systems we have not tested.
• Seals and trims are refitted as part of the job. Anything that cannot be refitted is reported to you.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on the quote. We do not take card details through this website.

What we do not promise

• Repair of damage that is not repairable, or a cosmetic result identical to new glass.
• That further damage will not appear — glass can crack from a point that was not visible at inspection.
• Any outcome that depends on a third party, such as an insurer’s decision on a claim.

Liability

We are responsible for the work we carry out and for the advice we give. We are not responsible for loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen, or for damage that existed before the vehicle reached us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Complaints

If something is not right, contact us at info@galaxycarglass.com with the vehicle registration and the date of the work. We will look at it and respond.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, where the company is registered.
