Privacy policy

Who we are

GALAXY CAR GLASS LTD (company number 15141615, registered in England and Wales) is the controller for the personal data described here. For anything in this policy, email info@galaxycarglass.com.

What we collect

Only what you send us or what we need to answer you:

• Enquiry and booking forms: your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, and the vehicle and damage details you describe.
• Email and phone contact: the content of your message and our reply.
• Job records: what was inspected, quoted and carried out, kept so the next visit has the history.

We do not ask for payment card details through this site, and this site does not run advertising or analytics tracking.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and provide a quote — because you asked us to.
• To arrange and carry out work you have agreed to.
• To keep a record of work carried out, which is in our legitimate interest and often needed for warranty or insurance questions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Job records are kept while the work could still be queried. When neither applies, the data is deleted.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only where it is needed to do the work you asked for — for example a glass supplier or a fitter involved in your job — or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it. Email info@galaxycarglass.com and we will respond. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
